Clear material basis
Extract active components from the single-plant source Lanbuzheng, isolate and identify the pro-angiogenic compound "Angioenhancin," and establish fingerprint profiles and quality control standards.
Angiogenic mechanism
Studies show it significantly increases VEGFA protein expression in ischemic brain tissue; 3D vascular culture experiments demonstrate a dose-dependent increase in lumen formation.
Improve cerebral blood flow
Significantly improves cerebral blood flow and vascular density, and restores motor function in the photothrombotic stroke model (pilot efficacy study from Zhejiang University).
Blood-Brain Barrier Protection
Significantly upregulates expression of key blood-brain barrier proteins ZO-1 and claudin-5, reducing cerebral edema and blood-brain barrier damage.
