Recently, Kebijia Medical Research Center collaborated with university research teams to conduct a new round of pre-pharmacological studies on the mechanism of action of Shengzhisu's active ingredient, "Angioenhancin," achieving preliminary results.

The research team isolated bioactive fractions from the single-plant source *Lan Bu Zheng*, identified angiogenic active compounds, and established a fingerprint profile along with quality control standards to lay the material foundation for future studies.

In the photothrombotic cerebral ischemia model, active ingredients significantly increased VEGFA protein expression in ischemic brain tissue. In 3D vascular culture assays, lumen formation increased dose-dependently, with improvements observed in both cerebral blood flow and vascular density.

Safety: Early studies confirm a safety margin of 15 to 67.5 times for the active ingredient combination, with no signals of genotoxicity or reproductive toxicity. A preclinical trial conducted by Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University began in 6 2023. The evaluation system employs standardized rehabilitation scales such as mRS and NIHSS.

The company will continue to follow a science-based research approach, advancing systematic studies in disease-modifying therapies to provide high-quality evidence for vascular health and neural repair.
